The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, today approved Metro Connectivity from HUDA City Centre to Cyber City with Spur to Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram covering the distance of 28.5 km having 27 stations on the route.
The total completion cost of the project will be Rs. 5452cr. This will be a standard gauge line of 1435 mm(5ft 8.5 inches). The entire project will be elevated. The sapur from Basai village has been provided for connectivity to depot.
The project is proposed to be completed in four years from the date of sanction of the Project and is to be implemented by Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation Limited (HMRTC) which will be set up as a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV) of the Government of India and Government of Haryana after sanction order is issued.
माननीय प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने आज हुडा सिटी सेंटर से साइबर सिटी तक स्पर के साथ द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे, गुरुग्राम तक मेट्रो कनेक्टिविटी को मंजूरी दे दी, जो मार्ग पर 27 स्टेशनों वाले 28.5 किमी की दूरी को कवर करती है।
परियोजना की कुल पूर्णता लागत रुपये होगी। 5452 करोड़। यह 1435 मिमी (5 फीट 8.5 इंच) की मानक गेज लाइन होगी। पूरा प्रोजेक्ट एलिवेटेड होगा। डिपो से कनेक्टिविटी के लिए बसई गांव से सपुर उपलब्ध कराया गया है।
परियोजना को मंजूरी की तारीख से चार साल में पूरा करने का प्रस्ताव है और इसे हरियाणा मास रैपिड ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (एचएमआरटीसी) द्वारा लागू किया जाना है, जिसे 50:50 स्पेशल पर्पज व्हीकल (एसपीवी) के रूप में स्थापित किया जाएगा। भारत सरकार एवं हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृति आदेश जारी किये जाने के पश्चात्।
